Just testing out if I have the hang of posting pics. Below was the second smoke ever on the 22.5"...some St. Louis spares. Cooked about 250 (or at least what dome temp was telling me +/- learning curve from first smoke), didn't foil, just tried to learn bend test.

The little whippersnapper seemed to like them a lot!

Thanks for looking!

See, you don't need foil for good St. Louie ribs off the wsm! They look killer!

The cutie chowing down there reminds me of my biggest BBQ fan, my five year old nephew. When he was going to church daycare where his mom taught, he'd take home a few after supper for lunch the next day. He said something like it made the other kids want some too. Lol.

great lookin' ribs Chris (and beautiful Model too)
but living in the 'burbs of ChiTown... you AINT got GRASS and BARE legs outside.... dude, you're only 70 miles south of me and the weather here sucks!

My thoughts exactly - Chris, you're living in the hot part of Chicagoland.
Regardless, it's awesome when the kids like your cooking!

Haha, like I said, lurking for a while and working up the courage to post among such incredible BBQ'ers! That was late summer. I am going to get out there soon and get mine fired up, in spite of this ridiculous weather!
