Underside seasoned with Penzey's BBQ3000 - topside with Blues Hog Rub
Time to sit back and enjoy the life.
The High Life, that is.
After two hours, the lime slices were squeezed atop the ribs then discarded...
...and the ribs continued to cook.
With 'bout two hours to go, I added a few small Yukons.
both the spares & the baby backs were done 'bout the same time.
Sliced up and served with sauce on the side + the taters, broccoli with sweet red peppers
Most likely the best ribs I've made to date, wish you coulda tried some.
