So far, I think the tech (at least if minimal precautions are taken) should hold up OK. After all, it is about the same amount of tech present in both my pellet grills (maybe even a little less), and other than the one issue I had on the initial circuit board I told you about today (not natural elements related but production related), my electronics have been solid. Even exposed to a couple downpours. Biggest worry I have with them is not the electronics but the fuel in the hopper if caught in a rain/snow event
And yeah, I know charcoal this or that. That's all well and good but not everyone wants to or can safely use coals. I personally don't want to because of being on an elevated wood deck. (no coal burners allowed). (personal choice)
But sometime I will be having a concrete patio built nestled in next to my deck. Maybe even with a little cabana on it. And then I might just add a coal burner to my resources.
