Split a Chicken and ate it...twice

Did a chicken in Lawry's Sechzuan sauce (my wife's favorite pork marinade) and the other in a standard rub. Both were good, but took longer than my usual split chicken. Not sure what I did different. Lawry's Sechzuan made the chicken have a spicy smoke flavor I didn't expect.

Veggies are just for color

Boring, I know....I did this cook a bit ago, and just getting around to posting it. However, I do LOVE doing a chicken 2 different ways so that it's like 2 seperate meals for later.
