Spicy chicken thighs

Now that the ribs have been put to bed for the night I need something to eat. But first some refreshment . . .



Simple salt & pepper to start them off



Then on to the OTG burning KBB and some apple wood



There's something primal about tending the cook fire on a cool fall evening



30 minutes later - ready to mop



Mixed up a sauce of Ketchup, Red wine vinegar, molassas, a splash of Mr Lee and Mr Perrins Worcestershire sauce, Smashed garlic, a good helping of Sriracha and finally 3 drops of Ghost pepper sauce.



Mopped a few times and in the house resting





A little Jasmine rice with Cilantro and green beans. Grab a plate and sit a spell . . .
