Spatchcocked whole chicken with lemon and herb seasoning grilled on the Weber with pecan wood. Side of mixed sweet and yellow potatoes with Italian seasoning.
Used a few lumps of Jealous Devil over the coals and it ran a bit hot. Had to put a bit of foil on the skin for the last 10 minutes to keep it from burning.
what brings more enjoyment than cooking a whole chicken? Well, there's probably a couple of things, but that not the point. The point is, its so great cooking a whole chicken, and yours looks amazing!
