Something simple: Saturday night brats

I stopped in at the Pepper Tree and picked up some 'Sweet and Sassy' brats (they have a little heat and they have a little sweet) for dinner. I highly recommend anything offered here, it's all made in the back. He makes about a dozen different sausages and assorted other treats.
