Steamed some vidalias, green peppers and brats in beer, covered in foil, on the Weber kettle and then browned them while the onions and peppers finished caramelizing.



Beer brats in a CI skillet cooked on the grill, is there a better way to make them. I don't think so!! I wish I ate dinner at your house last night, those look great!!
