Had a smallish end piece from a larger pork loin I cut up from Costco...stuffed with the garlic and herbs, then mixed some rub, olive oil and more herbs for a crust on the outside. Good eatin'....
Love grill roasted pork loin, and even more so when stuffed. You did a nice job on the spiral cut on that one, and it looks really tasty! Now I'm regretting putting all six lbs of loin I had last weekend into cure for Canadian Bacon!
