Some Mid-Week Chicken

Did this cook a couple of nights ago. Marinated chicken quarters, mushrooms and a Yukon. I marinated the chicken in canola, red wine vinegar, sugar, ketchup, minced onions, Worcestershire, salt, chopped garlic and some Tabasco for around 6 hours.

Got the potatoes going first for around 45 minutes.

Got the quarters over some hot, direct heat. Like to put back side down first to give the hot grill a few minutes to settle down.

Flipped after a few minutes. Gave the skin side some direct and moved the show over to the cool side.

The mushrooms got a bath too. About half hour in balsamic vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Skewered and put on grill.

Really like the way you cooked those chicken legs. Beautiful char on those. Love the sides, especially the mushrooms.
 
I LOVE chicken like that!
With your skills Cliff, I’d wager you can make tofu taste like something worth eating and, enjoying!
