Nice weather in Weddington this past weekend...Great time grilling/que'ing/smoking. Nothing super fancy here - just some staples. Here we go on Saturday, pepperoni pizza on the OTS and t-bones on the gasser.

A couple of pics from Sunday here as well. Baby backs from Costco. Seasoned with a rub I made a few weeks back. Nothing unusual - S/P, paprika, chile powder, brown sugar, onion powder...maybe missing one or two things. Here they are almost done, right after hitting with Blues Hog sauce...
