So this is the new Genesis

Unless all the new flavorizer bars are stainless, they are now 5 years.

Ah, I see that.

For what it's worth, the 2022 E-335 I saw at Lowe's had stainless flavorizer bars with cast iron grates and enamel hood. So, maybe they're all stainless now.

My small town Ace now has a new Genesis sporting the Ace exclusive “Indigo” color - a dark blue with just the very slightest hint of purple. I like the color myself, though not so sure how it translates on this black trim and stainless grill.

This grill did not have the built in electronics. Nor did it have the “Crafted” shelf that accepts various new attachments. It did, however, have very nice stainless grates that appeared to be 9mm:

They also had for sale the tray as a separate add-on but no price tag:

The box states that it will fit any Genesis since 2016. So I guess you could retrofit it onto one of the Genesis II grills the store is still trying to move:

One thing, though. The grates on the new Genesis are not split in the middle. The right side with the sear burner has a wide grate to acccomodate the new Crafted rack. You would have to do some customization on a Genesis II or get new grates to have the same setup.
