I took pictures because I was going to post on instagram. I was not going to post this cook but it was so delicious I had to share. Did 2 chicken breast seasoned with webers beer can chicken and kickin chicken with a 4 splashes of soy sauce.

Sure glad you posted this here, Tony - these posts inspire us to grill and sometimes spurs new ideas. I gotta ask: How the heck did you get that chicken so moist and juicy? It would make sense that you brined first, but I gotta ask b/c you said it was quick and easy. Thanks for another great post, Tony! -Mickey.

I did indirect heat until it hit 160 then grilled direct heat until it hit 165 and pulled off the grill and rested for 10 min.
 
Looks great. I am also grilling up some cx brsts tonight ,marinated and pounded flat for cx sandwiches with a toasty bun... Put a lil pepperoni and a few jalapeños on that salad and I am there!
