So Bad Weather In my Region

IDK some of you may know Rockford IL. There is a creek that runs through the city near downtown called Keith Creek. It's particularly troublesome to folks in Churchill's Grove section and the area of Charles St and 20th. Being now that we've had 3 torrential severe storms in a row (7" Saturday night, 5-6" Sunday and IIRC another 3"-4" last night) That intersection was under water at times up to 5' deep! So one of the latest photos last night of the area

We had dumpsters floating at intersections and several routes were impassable this morning but, NOTHING like how some of you guys got spanked!
