SNS Kettle?

I got an email that Slow N Sear came out with a kettle grill. It's got some interesting features but I don't know if I'll get one. Maybe this is the kick in pants weber needs to bring the European model Mastertouch here.

I was just looking at the email a few minutes ago. I went over to the site and checked it out and some of the features look nice. The only thing I worry about is durability. Excited to see it in a few months.

For the same price you can get the smaller 22" Performer with the side table. Cant see why anyone would buy this.

I can't believe that it doesn't even include a Slow n Sear for that price! The Slow n Sear is the company's bread & butter; its initials are part of the company's name. How do you not include one in your house-branded kettle grill that's almost $300?!?

It's kind of cross between the Weber and the Napoleon kettle. It's priced like the Napoleon Pro-22. If you were to take a Weber and add all that stuff you'd probably be pretty close in price so it's a matter of if the design improvements really add any value. Right now I have no idea. As a Weber fanboy I lean towards the tried and true but I'll keep a somewhat open mind.
