Got a butt on this morning and hit the easy button, using some Kinder's I picked up at Costco. Trying out the new Meater+ for the first time. Aside from fiddling w/ the repeater placement a bit to be sure I had coverage inside the house, it's been spot on - a 4 degree difference between it and my very old BBQ Guru therm stuck in the lid vent.

Looks real good! I picked up a few different bottles of the Kinder's at Costco too. That woodfired garlic is pretty good.
 
Meater just told me I'd hit my target temp of 190. I'd say it's pretty accurate. I'm gonna give the butt another 5-10 degrees before pulling and resting for a bit.

RSC last night and now pulled pork that you turned into tacos, you are killing it! I recommend turning some of that perfect meat into a Cuban sandwich and when you do that I am done because I just want all of that!
