This was my first WSM Smoke Day and we had great weather.
Started in the high 40's and finished around 60 with clear skies.

Just to get things started.

Meats are on, top rack is brisket flat and bottom rack is pork shoulder.

The leftovers and in the fridge and will be enjoyed tomorrow with more family coming over.
 
Great first smoke day! So what is on those great nachos? brisket and pulled pork?

Yes, chips then layer of pulled pork and cheese, then more chips but not a full layer like the base and then brisket and more cheese.
Cheese was a mix of pepper jack and mozzarella.
Then we had toppings of jalapeños, guacamole, tomatoes, green onions and lettuce.
Was then put in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese
 
And the SD rookie hits a Grand Slam.

The loaded chips look so impossibly perfect that I barely noticed but the plate almost looks like a water pan cover.
