Smoking all weekend part 2-- beef back ribs

Never smoked em , only ate em... At this price, I thought I couldn't go wrong... Picked up 3 racks...

Picked out 1.5 racks after trimming and taking off an Ultra-thick membrane , I rubbed em down with webers steak and chop...

After about 2 hours on the smoke with da chicken over some apple and hickory wood, ready to be wrapped with some Butta, honey, rub and some beef broth

Glazed the smaller rack with some doctored up SBR with ACV , rub , worchestshire and beef broth ( this sauce was GAD!!!

A full plate with loaf pan cx, dry beef ribs , wet ribs , a few ABTs . And because wifey said we needed something else besides meat.... Cous Cous.... Actually Cous Cous stuck to the side of a beef rib proved to be edible

I am soooooo glad that I have 1.5 racks left of these for the rest of the weekEnd... Every cook is their toughest critic, but these were awesome!!!
 
Terrific looking beef ribs, Kurt! The "Smoking all weekend" part of your thread title fills me with envy.
 
This is the second big beef rib cook I've seen lately. Must be a sign that I need to run out to the store. Thanks for sharing.
