Smoked Turkey Breast

Smoked a boneless turkey breast yesterday for lunch. Brined it for about 10 hours. Used apple wood to smoke.

Why cant I find nice turkey breast in Jersey.....***...sometimes Shoprite has them in the kosher section, other than that it's like trying to find a pot of gold. Very annoying.

Dex have you tried goffle poultry farms in Wycoff? If not there maybe market basket in franklin lakes. Hope this helps. I know how you feel I can't find a decent brisket in Bergen county and I don't want the hassle of joining restaurant depot.
