Hi folks

smoked half a huge turkey breast on Sunday - using the Jamie Purviance recipe in his Weber Smoking book.

dialled in the WSM nice n low...


here it is after 4 1/2 hours


and here's your plate - complete with Jamies Honey Mustard sauce, onion/mushroom mix left over from last nights steaks and some saute tats...
