Summer is here 97* today and we are in stage 2 Fire restriction, which don’t allow the use of charcoal. Had some left over smoked turkey so decided on a sandwich for dinner. Made a spread with Majo and diced tomatoes first. Then got the fries and TT on the E320 gasser. Next cooked some homemade bacon on the Gen 2000 with the Little Griddle. Then it was time to put it together with homemade bread, spread, sliced smoked turkey, Swiss cheese, bacon and another sliced of bread.
Onto the griddle to brown the bread and melt the cheese.

Thanks for looking.

Took a break from brush cutting here on the hillside. Skipped lunch today and we’re a few hours from dinner. Reason I’m saying all this is that sandwich is killing me I’m so hungry. Looks delicious Barb!! Been over 100 here last two days but cooled to 90 today.

Oh that grilled turkey, bacon club panini looks fantastic. Might have to steal this one
