Smoked Sausage/Hot links

So I wanted to make some of these this weekend. Im also going to be making ribs so I was wondering if I could just put the sausage in the smoker that is going to be going at about 225. I also was going to just get something that is pre-made so does anyone have a suggestion of what kind to get?
 
I like Moo&Oink Chicago style hot links. They have them in beef or pork and do have a kick. I get them from my local market which is a Centrella chain and Cermak markets carry them also.

Mike, I know i'm late , butt fresh sausage can be smoked while you're cookin' your ribs at 225... after an hour or so at that temp i'm sure the internal temp of the sausage would be at or over the safe temp of 165º...
I've done this several times.

When I have space, I'll throw on a package of spicy smoked sausage from Sam's on my WSM. With all the work I put into my other barbecue, invariably someone will tell me their favorite thing off the WSM is the smoked sausage I did nothing to.
