Smoked some salmon for some bagels with cream cheese, salmon, capers and red onion.

Also smoked some bacon and found a meat slicer at an estate sale for $5. Made slicing so much easier and a lot more uniform.

Finally, the girlfriend refinished a table with beer lables.

Your smoked salmon looks perfectly done. Just the right amount of flakey texture. What temp did you smoke at and for how long. Was it bitter at all, or good as it looks, which is amazing

Lots of good bacon, excellent harvest

Your beer looks like mighty fine and your gal did a great job on the table

Thanks, it was really good. Smoked for about 2 1/2 hours on the middle grate at about 160 to 190 degrees with apple wood.
