Smoked Meatloaf Sandwich

All these meatloaf threads made me want..... meatloaf.

Decided to check inventory before making one. I'm glad I did.
Found this one in the freezer. IIRC, it's veal, ground chuck, ground pork, poblanos & etc.

Some sourdough bread, mayo, meatloaf, ketchup & blue cheese....

& some lettuce & tomato....

An EZ meal on a hot & humid evening.
