We had some old friends over yesterday and I decided to try a couple of smoked meatloaves on the OTG. I used variations on Alton Brown's recipe but substituted Five Sauce for his glaze. I also altered the meat mixture a bit. One loaf used hamburger and chicken while the other used hamburger and home made Italian sausage. Here are some pics of the cook.

Prepped and Waiting

On the Grill - Slotted Tray - Ring Method - Hickory - Pretty Hot

Mid Cook - Reduced the Temp - Pulled at 160 Internal

Resting

Plated With Kari's Mashers and some Sauteed Cabbage
The meatloaves turned out really well. The burger/chicken one seemed to be the favorite but both were edible. The leftovers will make killer sandwiches for lunch today. Thanks for looking...
Regards,
John
