Smoked Chicken Salad Tacos

I made some smoked chicken salad tacos from the remains of my entry for the Whole Chicken Challenge.

I used to put the salad on saltines, but the crunchy shells really make the salad great! Also good as nachos.

Thank you. Tapatio is big around here... but you won't need it if you make it with serranos, chipotles & adobo sauce.
