Smoked chicken and ribs for 4th of July

Cooked up some chicken and ribs for 4th of July.
Kansas sweet BBQ run from Aldi and added some Nashville spicy rub which was a lot hotter than I expected.

Ribs went through the 3-2-1 method at 250F. Chicken was at 275F for 2.5 hours, then seared with BBQ sauce. Used Burman Texas BBQ sauce from Aldi.
