Smoked some bacon today, and had some coals left and decided to bring out a few pieces of cheese to see it the juice is worth the squeeze... Both were Apple Smoked...
Cheese .. Habanero Jack and Colby Jack...
The middle piece is the original, just in case of emergency..
Thanks Guys... I was told to let cure/set for a week or two for the cheese... The bacon will be sliced tomorrow ..let it rest and then get my buddies slicer... I did them thick last time, but I will slice them a little thinner this time..
This was a first, I had to save some of the habanero Jack just incase I messed it up, and it made for a good before and after pic... Should I wait a week or two before eating?
