1/4 balls of 80/20 ground beef..

Mojo up to temp..

My version of a burger press..

smashed and ready to flip..

Plated..

this was my first attempt at smash burgers. I have since switched to the bottom a terra cotta pot as my burger press, and we now use 1/3 pound per burger. they have become a favorite for both our friends and family!

Nice smashers Tim!
Try smashing them with a spatula next time, much easier.

I'm digging these smash burgers. WAY different than I make my burgers, but I'd like to give that double pattie stack a try.
