Smash Burgers on the Little Griddle

Had a busy day and wanted something simple for diner. Took a 50/50 combination of our home ground chuck steak and home ground chuck roast.
Barb mixed finely diced onion and Weber’s salt free steak seasoning into the ground beef.

The red head gasser got the call, burners on high for 20 minutes before grilling.
The little burger is just meat, no seasoning or onions. A little treat for Whitney our Golden Retriever, Husky and Coyote mix pup.

Some good old American cheese and done.

Cooked up some fries and tots as a side.

Whitney has that where’s mine look.

Have a good weekend and to our friends on the south east coast our thoughts are with you.

Simple EZ cook with a great result. Those burgers look super! Home-made bacon, I bet.

You don't share the bacon with your doggy, do you? Myself, I'd make a bowl of popcorn for Whitney.

Oh yeah she gets a little taste of bacon or there is no living with her. She is a rescue pup. She was living on the New Mexico Navaho Indian reservation running wild with a litter of pups to take care of. It took the rescue people six months to catch her. Surviving on her own who knows what she lived off of, so I figure a little bacon now and then won't hurt.

Interesting take on the Grilled Fries... I am assuming you used the grease from the Burgers? I still use the Toaster oven.. Looks great,.. Ordering my SmashTool...
