Small Chicken..

Friday night meal.

Cut a small Chicken i half...Rubbed..Oversmoked and eaten.

Eaten(with a potatoe salad,Jerk BBQ sauce)


The crispy skin went into the trash,cooked way to hot with way to mutch smoke.

Big slap in my face from the Q god´s!

Thanks ppl after a cook like this i need some support. The rub is McCormick - Montreal Chicken(thanks B0B...To bad it all went in the trash with the skin) Good news is that the meat itself was good.(well good..Its Chicken)

almost missed your burnt chicken skin post, glad I didn't, looks fine to me too!
don't feel bad DW, I don't think I've ever gotten the skin right on a grill, unless doing the KFC thing.
