Steaks rubbed with a cilantro, garlic, scallion, jalapeno, cumin and lime juice paste.

On, direct a couple of minutes a side.

Ready for the rest.

Corn tortillas toasting.

Assembled with the pickled onions (red onion, red wine vinegar, sugar, jalapeno, salt)

Delish!!
