Quartered some potatoes and tossed in some evoo, kosher salt and Italian seasoning.

Salted sirloins for 20 minutes, rinsed and seasoned with some black pepper.

Finally got some propane for my banjo burner and made some brussel sprouts tossed in some evoo,kosher salt and Italian seasoning. in the wok.
