Simple Wednesday Wbrats

My birthday was yesterday. Just turned the big Six-O. Man do I feel old. Celebrations started last Friday with people flying in from all over the place. Of course the whole thing went through the weekend. I did a lot of BBQ dishes but no pics because I was in entertaining mode. Even with all the cooking last weekend I'm still keeping the grates clean .

We are finally on our own again and tired, so we decided to do a simple brats dinner with my wife's signature potato salad tonight. Smoked the brats while the onions and peppers were cooking - nice smoke ring on them. Delicious as always. Have more family coming in late next week and so I will doing some BBQ shopping this week. Stay tuned for some interesting stuff I've got planned for that.
