Simple Salmon and Burgers

It looked like it was going to rain tonight in usually sunny San Diego so dinner was very simple tonight. I bought some prepackaged stuffed salmon which we love and looked in the bargain cooler and found some preformed burgers half off so I snagged them. Seasoned the salmon with some SmokyOkie's Seafood Splash and the burgers with some Weber's Gourmet burger seasoning topped with some American cheese.

Plated with some brown rice and corn. Very simple meal but ooh so good
