Simple pork loin

Tonight called for something easy for dinner. Pork loin fit the bill, basic rub, after carving a simple glaze and some good eats.

Simple pork loin is right up there with simple chicken for me. Looks great, Tye! We do a lot more simple tenderloins these days since the population of my house is shrinking, but they are a similar quick cook for me! Rub, heat, eat.
