simple pig rib chops

after a brief bath in an apple juice brine, these two were then seasoned with penzey's california seasoned pepper

using a smaller kettle with some black charcoal, it's about ready right outside the kitchen door

a few minutes each side for looks

these chops were probably the best i've grilled in ages, quite tasty :)

I guess we'll have to trust Liz on this one, since we all know that you can't be trusted,
around food that is.:p
But trust me, I'd be digging in, in a Raymond second!
Next time cook 3, one for me!
 
Nice looking meal! How is the California Pepper? I just did a Penzeys order for Christmas presents (for people other than me, too) and looked at that one for a while.
