a few Yukons in a cast iron skillet seasoned with California Pepper from Penzeys

two decent sized chicken breasts marinated a few hours in THIS STUFF then sprinkled with Florida Pepper from Penzeys

on this first day of spring, the temp was ......

Excellent looking meal!! I'm gonna have to look for that marinade, I love green chiles and chicken together!!!
 
Whoa! looks like just another day at the pigv1villion! Supper looks super Jim. That plate and brewski should help stave off the cold blues, it would me ;)
 
I'm guessing that Jim's stove at home still has the original factory shine. So many awesome meals posted on here cooked in the P'villionl.
