Simple Chicken + Melinda's Pasta Salad

My wife makes a great/simple pasta salad. Bowtie pasta, lots of italian seasonings, italian dressing, finely chopped red onion, cucumbers + some other stuff that = delicious. She only knows how to make this dish for 10-20 people, and I reap the benefits! I've been eating it all week, and we decided to finish it off with some chicken. She says just use gasser and cook it til it's done. Where's the fun in that?

Coated in Italian dressing to be consistent with pasta salad. Coated in pepper. Smoked it about 45 minutes with apple, then moved direct to finish it off. Nothing fancy but a delicious meal. Thanks for looking.
