Simple Burger Cook on the JJ

Nothing fancy here folks. Cooking for one on this particular evening. Started with basic 80/20 seasoned liberally with KS.


JJ with re-used coals, a few fresh lit KBB and some small hickory splits

Plated with sour pickle slices and chipotle mayo.
