Simple brat Sunday dinner!

Busy day...got up early..got the fam out on the boat for a bit of spring king salmon fishing...notta..came home early and cleaned up the boat and had some drinks in the sunny yard..decided brats..yep sounds good!
Got some yummy Italian and chicken apple brats under a bit of apple in the performer!

Beer later...

Peppers and onion on!

Oh another beer sounds great!

Buns loaded with brats and cheese!

Plate of goodies!!

Bite for you nice folks!

Ok ya all know this is where we're at this Sunday nite..cleaning the last scraps from our weekend cooks..dreading Monday..

Sorry Rolf...it was a good day!

Jim...not sure..the wife picked em up and I just cooked them! I suspect the green specks were basil or parsley in the Italians! They were tasty but the casings were super thick!

Bob...if you have ever eaten fresh caught Alaskan king salmon right from the water to the grill...brats don't compare in my book! But then again I was raised on it so I might be a bit partial!
