Simple and plain ( maybe even boring)

Sunday night dinner was simple and plain. My refreshment was water and homemade watermelon drink.

Indirect heat with a little chunk of hickory.

I was lazy to remove the tray with bacon grease from this morning. I was cooking and the drippings from the pork would land on the grease that created a little coat of grease with a hint of bacon.

Grilled pineapple ...

Simple and plain. The pork was lightly seasoned with webers smokey mesquite. Here it is plated.

I corrected the picture. See what happens when I only drink water and watermelon drink.
Not pork steaks they were labeled as pork chops?? You can take the baby chop in the back wrapped in a paper towel as snack..lol

Simple , yes. Boring , never. My wife is a big fan of the grilled pineapple . Nice cook , brother. :wsm:

Good looking stuff. I havn't yet tried making pork steaks. Is there much of a difference between those and pork chops? And I highly recommend the grilled pineapple. Big favorite of mine.

Pork steaks taste much better than chops in my opinion. I buy them when the butcher puts them out but sometimes I can't get them.
