Shrimp & Ribs Mom Day

Hope all had a good day with Mom.
My wife received a Weber Wok I have had my eye on for sometime at the local Ace Hardware. Lucky gril!
Did 2 pounds of shrimp witk Wok. No left overs.

Then a few rack of baby racks. Again no leftovers.

No left overs means, just another Monday ahead.

Jim, it was my first cook with wok. And yes it worked well and heated fast with a full chimney of coals.
