Managed to squeeze in a quick stir fry last night. Used my Weber Wok for the cook. Here's a few pic's.

Seasoned 1 1/2 lbs. of Jumbo Shrimp with Olive Oil, sriracha sauce, salt and pepper.

Using the Gourmet Grill with the Wok.

Cooked the shrimp for about two minutes and then removed to a bowl.

Sauteed some yellow onion and shredded carrot along with some ginger and garlic paste.

Added three cups of long grain cooked rice and heated and mixed for about 2=3 minutes.

Pushed the rice up on the sides of the Wok and poured in two beaten large eggs with a couple pinches of coarse salt. Cooked for a minute or so until the egg solidified and then chopped egg and mixed.

Added snow peas, chopped scallions, shrimp and a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.

All done, piping hot!

The most satisfying meal. That and Pad Thai. Those rice dishes outdoors is great. You're not over them inside inhaling all those oils and ect.

Your dish looks delicious. Really yummy. Good job.

Have you considered Paella outdoors? We make it in a real large pan and add the kitchen sink of seafoods and meats.

Cliff, very flavorful and healthy looking meal! Well done! BTW you should add that hot coal pic to the Hot Coal thread Chris started.
