Hadn’t made these in a while. Sprinkled on Texas Trinity. Cooked w/Cherry wood @275
Wrapped @180 took it up to probe tender around 205. Made a Sauce out of Cabernet Sauvignon & Beef Broth. Served over Mashed Potatoes!!
