It’s been a rainy day up here so I cooked some chicken fried rice in my shop today.
It’s comfort food for us and we meal prep this for later.

The recipe is stupid simple.
1-1/2 cups rice
4- eggs
3-Costco bags of skinless boneless chicken cubed into walnut sized pieces marinated in Italian dressing
1- large frozen bag of stir fry veggies
1- large misc bunch of stuff laying around in the veggie drawer and pantry
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Soy
Roasted sesame seeds
And what ever I felt like and wanted to use the last of.

Nothing magical about it and it’s very forgiving.
Basically 3 bags of chicken, 1-1/2 cups rice, a large bag of frozen veggies and whatever I had laying around.

Andy you probably just made a 1000 sales of a black stone cooktops. I like your style, reminds me of cooks around here, and of course I love fried rice, add what ever you are hungry for or as you said what ever is in the frig.
