Great steaks and burgers Bob...I gotta know how you get those onions to look like noodles? I was thinking you were eating pasta for a second!

I gotta know how you get those onions to look like noodles?
I start with large yellow onions, 4 for this cook.
I slice them thin and put them in a pan with a little water. I basically steam them until they turn limp and give up most of the water.
I then put in about a half of a stick of butter and continue cooking them until they are a light brown color, sweet and tender.

Nothing is better on steaks, burgers or hot dogs!
