Great lookin meal, Maribel. It's great you're getting him off the coor's lite. I always enjoy the deep frying posts... To tell the truth I'm a little intimidated by the idea: a pot of hot oil over flames I don't know if anyone's done a tutorial on deep frying on a grill, but I would love it!
