Guilty as charged. Used to be able to find all kinds of great wines at bargain prices, but it's a lot more challenging these daysOne of the things they dig the most is discovering great bargains of good wines.
I guess it's the result of being able to dial in and consistently maintain temp. Above, Brent said "I’m betting the SF leaves them quite juicy since they’re cooked via convection and not directly over coal" and I would guess he's right. I don't flip them or anything, just set the grill to 300 and about 45 minutes later they're 155-160. And very juicy. We're using lettuce wraps instead of buns, had we used buns, they wouldn't stand a chance, they would be falling apart after one biteHey ChuckO
What makes you like the SmokeFire burger, being able to dial in the temp? I'v never had one so not in the know.
