Looking good Chuck.
I got the munchies now.

My family is plumb full of wine people.
Heck they even take wine vacations.
One of the things they dig the most is discovering great bargains of good wines.
I think that they even compete over the best finds.

Hey ChuckO

Everything looks great...
What makes you like the SmokeFire burger, being able to dial in the temp? I'v never had one so not in the know.

Hey ChuckO

I guess it's the result of being able to dial in and consistently maintain temp. Above, Brent said "I’m betting the SF leaves them quite juicy since they’re cooked via convection and not directly over coal" and I would guess he's right. I don't flip them or anything, just set the grill to 300 and about 45 minutes later they're 155-160. And very juicy. We're using lettuce wraps instead of buns, had we used buns, they wouldn't stand a chance, they would be falling apart after one bite

Interesting 300° for 45 minutes no flip and lettuce wrap to boot.....Who knew.
Thanks for the update ChuckO, carry on.
